In this four-part series, Regina Twist, an inmate of Witchfield Prison, wants to become “top dog” of the correctional facility. Gathering her gang of ladies, they set out to gather more girls for the takeover! In this final chapter the Witchfiled ladies gang’s second in command (Candi LeCoeur) decides to start a coup for the "top lady" position Regina Twist has self-proclaimed. Candi rounds up all the recruited ladies of the gang together with plans for a takeover on Regina, only to find out it was all a trap!
