Catwoman (Regina Twist) & Batgirl (Candi LeCoeur) have teamed up and are on the hunt for the electrified criminal Volt (Talon Ted). Volt gets the drop on the heroines as he launches an barrage of electricity on them. They rise to find themselves completely immobilized by Volt’s rope skills. After he can stand the heroines bitching no longer Volt gags both Catwoman & Batgirl and leaves them to squirm in their bonds to no avail.
